Both passes I was able to make were virtually identical:12.261 and a 12.265. MPH were 113.71 and a 113.19 Guess the 406 didn't like the single plane after all- thought it'd be better, but with that e.t. and mph I'm still smilin!

Well, I haven't been to one in about ten years and I wasn't impressed. It would have been OK if they didn't stick you for twenty bucks. About half of that would be fair. In the old days their would have been lots of used parts for sale in the swap meet area but their were only two people selling. I think the regular POMONA auto swap meet is hands down the best all around show and sale for the money.:rolleyes:

I am in the process of doing a few changes to the 70. First a hood (5 inch cowl) I can see around, a bigger fuel pump and a 1000 cfm Pro Systems carb. The hood should be finished this week, the pump is in, and the carb is waiting for a float bowl with a driver's side feed. Thought about going to the Good Guys, but I might just go to Irwindale for a couple of hits.

Sorry to hear it was like that-no parts. The one in Memphis is huge with sellers all over the place. I can hardley wait.:D

My son and I made it out on Sunday. I told him Brian's car (cup holder)should be racing. He was excited to see that. Too bad it didn't happen. He did get some excitement when that 57 nitro car hit the rails.

Is it me or has the Super Chevy show been declining the past few years?

I went Saturday, great show, some awesome cars and lots of vendors. not as many chevy's as previous years though.
