Factory flaws

My 69 driver side 1/4 panel at the rocker just behind door sticks out about 1/8" past the rocker panel with me so far,this was either a misstamped 1/4 or not lined up correctly during assmembly (1/4's are Original to car).My question is should I correct it or leave it be?The reason I want other opinions is this doesn't bother me and I don't frown on these imperfections cause that's how it was built,if the car was still original paint it would be accepted.I think I know what I'm going to do but want to here from car guys.

If it were mine, it would drive me crazy. I'd correct it but I'm picky.

I agree with Mike.I guess that's why they say "better than factory".

That's kinda what's wrong every time I see it I think about it,only because it is original can I justify leaving thanks for your thoughts.
