I mini tubbed my car, moved the shocks inboard, and now they take eyelets on both ends. The shock I have on ther is a gas version (Monroe) and I want to replace it with a race version hydraulic. Any thoughts on who makes a short shock for this application? 11" compressed, 17" extended.

Monroe said they don't manufactuer hydralic shocks anynmore, that they only carry gas charged.

I know it will need to be for a lowered application, as it is pretty short.

Put some Rancho 9000 adjustables on there. You can go to the Rancho catalog and choose them by mounting style and length. I use these on the DD and they are great shocks.
