My son has a set of big old Mickey Thompson 12.50's on the rear of his 71 Nova. They stick out a couple of inches past the fender. He has airshocks to keep the car up high enough for clearance. The question is, is there a wheel he could use to work with the MT's to get the tires under the wheel well.

If they are the N50 series tires, and based on your 12.5" size you gave I would think they are, I dont believe they will fit in the stock wheel house without mini tubbing the car first....They are something like a 345 in the metric tire size...way more tire than the wheel houses were designed to hold.....just my thoughts on this;)
