Standard vs Tall...

What is the differance between the standard height and the high rise valve covers?? Is there a performance differance?? Or is it simply looks.

Which do you perfer?? :D

tall ones are mostly used if running a stud girdle
tall ones also do not usually have a baffle in them(for the PVC),but some do.
no performance in the tall vs the short ones.

In addition to looks sometimes you need tall valve covers to clear roller rockers.

Also, I don't have a big block, but I think some cars with bigblocks and tall valve covers have interference problems with wiper motors or master cylnders (I forgot which).
