Voltage reg. rewired

Hi any one remember who made a external regulator that was empty inside but was wired to run an internal cs alt. I remember an super Chevy mag. having a article about one (several years ago). It had the correct delco logo ETC on the cover. Thanks In advance!

You can do it like this Chevelle reference. Just put the interconnecting wires inside the old VR box.
