Can anybody tell me the correct colour/plating for hood hinges, hood latch, hood striker & mounting plate for a Canadian built 67. Thanks.

I believe these should be:
Dark Gray Posphospate Plating. Cross between gray Zinc and Black Mangnese. Should be a dark gray with little specs that shine in the sun.
I know this is what the 68's and up have.

Is this the same color for the door hinges and striker?

My orignal 66 had the door hinges painted body color. The strikers are aluminum with a corrosion preventive plating from GM. But after 40 years they usually look corroded. The company that I used could not do the strikers that bolt to the jams because they said the aluminum would dissolve. I just polished them.
