Sept. 23rd. Plenty of time to get insurance, and get a Nova invasion in the works.
We should be flying into Vagas that friday in the AM. Plenty of time for a little drive to the west.

In the mountains,in the valleys,in the plains.Never ran across a moose out here, but they are as big as semis in the great white north.

And I have plenty of "nuts" for the visitors.(born in midwest, family is in Washington)But still call California home for now.Come on by,bring your swim trunks.I guess up in Randys neck of the woods deer season is earlier than yours, however we have some pretty strict tag rules so make sure to get a tag early.

I'd like to go to the doughnut store sometime also. Usually go out west to my ole' stomping grounds at least 2 times a year. Plus, got in-laws in Ontario, think that is about an hour, hour and a half drive from there? The only thing is I won't be taking my Nova, too crowded with the little ones! Sounds like a good time....I can't get anyone in Tucson to meet up anywhere. Guess I'll have to go hang out with the Camaro or Chevelle guys.

Where do you want to stay?Huntington? The Hyatt and the Hilton are definetly pocket book drainers, but you do have the ocean and downtown(food, entertainment, bars)within walking distance and about a 5-10 min ride to the d-shop.The sun-n-sands isnt to bad thats also downtown I believe 8th or 9th st/PCH its less pricey but a place to sleep(maybe 100-150).Look on the internet for lodging in Huntington beach and I'll give you the scoop on the hotels,I've stayed in quite a few of them and there are some you definetly want to avoid. You dont want to come all the way out here from the Minn and stay in a dump.Reservations are the key out here especially in sept .If I had to suggest somewhere to someone that had 200-300 to spand,it would be the Hilton.300-skys the limit, definetly the Hyatt resort. You want to be by the beach in sept. Its hot,and the views at the city/state beaches are incredible.Lets just say a lot of dental floss.

Nightshade,
After you have donuts, you can hop a couple of miles down the freeway for the world's largest one day car show. www.cruisinforacure.com
