Could someone help me identify which transmission type I have? As far as I can tell I have a TH200 or TH350. Could anyone tell me any visual difference between the two?

Perhaps my picture could be of help?

The THM200 and the THM250 have pans shaped like a THM350, HOWEVER, the THM200 will have the words HYDRAMATIC DIV. and METRIC stamped into the pan.

This might help you out.

Looks like a TH350 to me. I don't believe the TH200 has a vacuum module.

Vacuum module? is that the copper colored thing at the back of the pan?

The Nasty28 page says

"that the THM200 will have the words HYDRAMATIC DIV. and METRIC stamped into the pan."

Does anyone know where to look for that text?

Well, it's actually above the pan, but yes, that's it.

It would be right on the bottom of the pan. You would see it plain as day in the picture you sent.

2 = TH200
3 = TH350

Also based on your pic. The TH200 pan has 11 bolt holes while the th350 pan has 13 bolt holes.

So that should make it easy to ID the tranny :)

Thanks everyone, and especially Nova Resource for the superb picture!
yeah I have 13 bolts so it should be a 350 then. Which is exactly what I hoped for;)

There IS a TH250 that looks just like a 350 externally, but it will have an intermediate band adjusting screw. Make sure you guys remember that when hunting the junkyards! ;)
