Would you do shipping a on a truck setup too. 2002 Chevy 1500 swb 5.3 4L80e two wheel drive. A two muffler set up as I have headers and I am running a blower.

Do you headers have a connection pipe so you can run a normal exhaust system, or are you looking at a true dual system? Most of the systems that I'm seeing for that truck basically replace the stock cat-back system, and if so, just about any system will work. If it's a true-dual system that you are looking for, I may have to dig deeper. Which headers are you using?
But yes, all of these product lines are free shipping, not just Chevy II/Nova!!

I will need to go with true duals on mine. I plain on running them were the stock systems was. Or I could use a y-pipe but the pipes coming off the header are 3". Go from the two 3" to one 3" out. But would like two 3" or two 2.5".

I looked on there site and could not come up with anything. May just have to get two mufflers and make my woe.

All of the aftermarket exhaust systems look like they're just a cat-back style replacement, where it replaces everything after the Y pipe, goes through one muffler, and then splits. The Magnaflow system is 3" behind the Y pipe, then 2.5" from the muffler to the rear.
Which header system is this? Shorties or Long tube? I've seen a few of the Header companies with the 3" Y pipe, then it can be dualed out, other wise, it's may be a system that has to be custom bent.

I will get you the name off them. And make sure on the tube size.

OK finely got out in the other shop and looked at the headers. They are OBX-R and the pipes are 2.5" and not 3".

Most of the OBX-R headers that I've seen on the Chevy's allow you to use either the stock, or any aftermarket cat-back system, which would allow you to use the Magnaflow cat-back dual system. This would not be a true dual system, but it would still perform excellent, and sound great. The only issue that I see, is that the OBX-R systems look like they get rid of the cats which may throw an engine light.

I am going to re-tune it anyway. By the time I put in the Z-06 cam and the blower I will need a new tune.

The Magnaflow 15753 would work nicely in there, with a great sound. It is a single muffler though, as all of the aftermarket complete systems are.
That should wake up with a cam and blower for sure!! We just put in a cam/springs/pushrods on a new 2010 Camaro, and along with a set of Kooks headers/exhaust and we picked up about 80 horsepower. The headers were just for testing, we're putting a turbo kit on this weekend, to get lot's more power!!
Which Z06 cam are you going with?

The latest one. I have not gotten it yet. The one with the yellow springs. The new ZR-1 cam is better but it will not work with the 5.3 block. Been talking to Lingenfelter about there cam but they like them $. I hope to get started on it the first of the month. I hope if no other cars show up for me to work on.

Have you considered a Mast Motorsports package? Good guys, and great products. I deal with them also, but their pricing is pretty tight, free shipping is about as good as I can do on their products, which will still save some coin.

Never herd of them. Will not be on here for the next few days Good Guys in Bowling Green this weekend. Time to blow the dust off the old black car.
