Sealant/Primer/Paint Question for mini-tubs

Got one of my mini-tubs done today, and am curious as to what I should do for sealing it up. I read somewhere on here that 3M All-Around Autobody Sealant would work, as I have some gaps to fill in, but was curious as to what I should use. Keep in mind I do not have an air compressor, or an infinite amount of space to do this in. I was thinking some rustoleum after primer/sealant, but do not know which would work.

Of course I will grind my welds down and make it look pretty, but go easy on me, I have about 5 hours of welding experience under my belt, ;)

Primer...?:

Paint...?: (trunk paint? what should I use?)

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

EDIT:

Would something like this work?

here is what i did. i used stock tub tho, tack welded filler panel every inch, ground them smooth, sanded entire tub to bare metal. next i applied the duraglass filler over the patched area, sanded refilled till it was close to the right shape and symetry. then rattle canned two good wet coats of duplicolor selfetching primer. next two wet coats of sealer duplicolor as well then i used 3m seam sealer on seams at the trunk floor in the trunk and under the car. seam sealed filler panel seams under the car in the wheel well.

Thanks voodeuce! Looks great. The finish coat, is that a color of duplicolor, or some other kind of finish? Mind telling me which ones you used? Love the look.

here is what i did.

WoW!!!! Thats one of the best tub jobs I have seen. Great work.... Ill show and tell I guess too :)

Mine isnt anything as nice as yours. But some similarities. I also fully welded the entire seam. And Im like you mrdreex, I didnt have any welding skills. So I figured this was a good place to practice.

Here is what I posted before if yer interested... JR
