4 bolt to 5 bolt ?

I have a 62 and would like 5 bolt wheels. On the front is it as simple as changing over to 65 drums ? What other options do I have ?

I believe it is a matter of changing the spindles and drums (or discs) to 5-bolt.

On that note, I will have a set of stock spindles, drums and hardware from my '65 in the next couple of weeks. The shoes and stuff are brand new, I was going to overhaul the stock drums, but decided to do drop spindles and disc brakes.

I believe you'll also need the lower control arms. The steering stops are different. Mike

You may need to replace the steering knuckles that attach to the spindles... I had too! !:mad:

Worse comes to worse, I'll have the lower control arms, drums with stock spindles and possibly steering arms all available within the month or two. Waiting on some other parts to start my LS swap and install my discs, drop spindles and CPP kit.
