Ok guys tell me your experienses (poorly spelled) with these custom new frt end stuff.Want more weight transfer for racin.Have 80/20 lakewoods and moroso frt springs.Thinkin:rolleyes:about either adding the CPP kit as to get that suspension to move.Or I was wondering if the Strut kit that replaces the rubber bushings, with heim joints, that allows the lower arm to be able to move. This kit is 299 the CPP is between 600-800 depending on kit, found one with upper arms,no springs or shocks for 550,maybe use my springs and shocks..........:confused::confused:Don' t know which way to go :confused:all I wanna do is HOOK,HOOK,HOOK so I can be :D:D:D:D Any help will be appreciated,Goin to post a Shot by the E-Town photog, from Sunday Musclepalooza X.............

The CPP kit will help with solid linear movement throughout the suspension travel, but it will not help with weight transfer. The springs and shocks you have will help, but the stock front clip is a bit limited overall. The CPP mini-sub kit is $350-$399 depending on where you buy it.
What rear suspension setup do you have? I would look there first.

Adjustable Ranchos, Multi-leafs ,and Cal-Tracs,pretty solid stuff, just wondering if the heim joint replacement kit, allows enough movement, using those stock lower arms?Or if I can get alittle better lift because of the lower A-frame design. The CPP kit would be like a late model nova except the spring would still be on top of the upper A-frame instead of the lower one.Plus They say the strut kit with heim joints ,are excepted in stock eliminator, the CPP lower A-frame kit is not..

I dont think the lower heim conversion or A-arm conversion will increase your suspension travel. Check your travel with the shocks connected, then check again with them disconnected. In my experience some shock companies use one shock for multiple applications and you may have a shock that is too short and creates a decrease in travel. Can you pull the wheels off the ground at launch?

Yes when I do get traction the wheels do come up a bit 2-3 inches on r/s and 6-7 on drivers side.Always wondered why my car could get the wheels up,when at that time it was only running a 12.80 with a 1.54 60 ft???????:confused::confused: will check the shocks like u suggest, maybe for a 100 I'll get a new set of Calvert 90/10s

talked to Calvert (Cal-Tracs) he said try another shot at the track everything sounded OK,maybe they preped the track differently because of the F.A.S.T. guys were there running 10.50 @134 on F70/14 polyglass WOW

You can try preloading the passenger side Caltrac bar as well. how do you have them set up?
