1971 6 cylinder converted to a ZL-1 427 backed up with a TKO 600.

Car has 6,000 documented miles.

I am likely to sell this car because it is almost too nice too drive and I still have my '69 454 car.

I need to get some interior shots, but this is what the exterior looks like now.

I am debating swapping a flat or SS hood onto it.

Yeah. I think there's a law against dropping the Z-word and then not posting pictures of it.

Nice car I would leave the hood alone if your gonna sell. Loose the bumper gaurds it would look soooo much better w/o them:yes:

I like it. The bumper guards look right at home, I like them alot. I don't like the air dam under the bumper. it looks out of place on the car in my opinion..

Assuming I do not put much more into it, I am looking to get close to $45,000.00.

I think I have decided to stick with the cowl hood, so the Dixco style tach that I was going to put in it will go on a different car and I might put a nice, fully restored Sun tach and transmitter box in it. The sun tach was done over by Gary at Tachman and it will probably look great in this car.

I'm going to sound stupid here, but was a cowl hood or chin spoiler ever an option on a Nova? If they weren't, I'd definitely change those out, the car is too stock otherwise to sport those mods (was this maybe a "Phantom" deal to look like a 69 Z/28 or 454SS Chevelle?) Otherwise, I love the car, good example why the polyglass/bias ply tires look so right in this kind of restoration!

neither were available from the factory for the Nova.
