Just purchased a '72 donor car that has a bench seat and a rear seat that looked like they were attacked by hungry badgers. All the metal is there and looks like it could be useable. Are these sellable?

I am sure someone can use them. I have not gotten to my interior yet but can you do me a favor? measure the spacing on the seat brackets and also the studs (if any) that are in the floor?

I have a bench seat (converting from buckets) and it does not align with my original floor studs. Still not sure what I am going to do. Maybe I'll buy the front seat frame or brackets from ya! Should be light and easy to ship.

In this case one person's trash very probably is another's treasure. Give it away rather than toss it. And the badger too.

I bought a 70 coupe with a rotten frame and mint interior. I ebayed the interior for more than I paid for the car- and bought raccoon inspected seats off a member here for 75.00 so I could sell off the car as complete.

Short answer- Yes, there's an *** for every seat.

I just traded a somewhat clean bench seat recently that I don't need for a 4 inch hardwood hood..... There's a buyer for everything!

Hey where you at in MN, from Rochester originally but have not lived there for over 20 years due to working for Uncle Sam.
If you look at getting rid of your back seat let me know. I am sure i could find the foam for it, and the seat cover ofcourse
I mini tubbed mine 70 and am looking to keep it looking stockish

If you could be so kind as to get a pic of the underside (brackets) and a measurement or two, I'd really appreciate it. I am putting a bench in my car and the old bucket studs don't line up. Not sure what I'm gonna do yet, just gathering some nfo. Thanks.

Nice to hear from someone local. I have been in touch with 2 different guys from this area but have found someone else looking for 3rd generation parts in the shopper, don't know who that is.

Just looked at the this message a little closer and I have contacted the person you are talking about. Happens to be a salvage yard and all of his replies come back with "what are you looking to spend?" Was in that yard many years ago and nothing was in very good shape then. I am assuming that the cars have not been taken of. I just keep looking. Thanks.
