Blowup diagram of steering column

I am looking for a diagram of how to put together the top end of the steering column, turn signal switch,horn assembly, etc.

This is for a '66.

Column or floor shift?

Floor Shifter. I think I got everything from the turn signal module down in, just curious about howe thing go together from there to the steering wheel.

The picture is a column used with a floor shifter. Does the column with the auto selector handle use different ID internal pieces than those pictured? Just wondering if I can interchange those 4 pieces/washers shown in the middle of the column. The parts I am talking about are 1, 4, J, K
