That's a first for me, it should read WRN after 11427. What is the digit after 11427?

LOS = Van Nuys, CA (VIN = L)
NOR = Norwood, OH (VIN = N)
WRN = Willow Run, MI (VIN = W)

Check the 7th digit of the VIN.
