I'm thinking about getting a set of the Coys C-55 wheels for my '70 Nova. Just wanted to see if anyone had that wheel on their 3rd gen. I've seen the C-5 on Novas, but no C-55 yet. Post pics if you have them.

No one? Really? Will I be the first with C-55s on my 3rd gen Nova?

Here are two pics of a 3rd gen with Coys C-55 wheels. I found these in the Coys gallery. They look to be larger than the 17" wheels I'll be doing and the car is not lowered like mine will be. So its hard to tell exactly what they'll look like.

Here's a nice Chevelle that gives a better idea of what they'll look like.

I like the C-55's in gray, I was thinking of them too:yes:, But I dont think they will fit with my 2+ drop in front with CCP spindles I also wanted some 275s out back, But you need a 5.5 inch Back set for that. :(

I am a little concerned that I won't be able to do the 8" wide wheels on the rear. I'm wondering if they can do custom offsets. When that time comes I'll call them and see what they can do.

No they dont do custom B.S. they come over on a boat from China.
You can fit a 8" wide wheel in back with a 5 to 5.5 inch B.S. no problem
Some have a 9" in back with a 5.5 bs, but its tight.

I like them, they are a little different. You should have no problems putting 8"s on the rear, you will need at least 4.5" BS which is what I have but 5 - 5.5" would be better.
