Hello, i'm 17 and I just bought a 69 nova with a 350 and 5 speed, not original. Anyways I got the car home and took off the fenders, then the upper cowl piece and found this mess...

I've got the majority of it patched up, this picture is old and the rest of the lower cowl is done. I also had to replace the passenger side air box. But the area above the door hinges where it was Completely rotted away is giving me some trouble. I was wondering if any of you guys had this problem or if you could take a picture of that area and post it. I don't want to weld something on and then have it affect how the glass fits.
Any help or info is greatly appriciated!!!
