New master cylinder or Remanufactured?

I have heard several people on this board say they would not buy any reman Master cylinder. I bought a brand New one today from O'Reilleys auto parts. I look on the side of the box and it says Made In China. Do you think it wil last me for a while? I hope so. Just was wondering your thoughts on it. Would you buy a brand New master made in China or buy a remanufactured one in the U.S.? I spent $49.00 for the new one.

I would only buy reman if i couldnt find a new one made in the usa

They had to order it for me and before I paid for it I asked where it was made at, guy said it was not listed on his computer. The cheap price pretty much told me where it was made at. I'll bolt it on and forget about it.

I have had original master cylinders for my Nova and a Crovette done by top shops that bore the cylinders and resleeve them with stainless steel to the correct bore. I have never had a problem with these however they are not necessarily what you would buy from NAPA or a parts store.
