NOGO can probably help--67's have their own column that differs from the others and can be a problem. I forget what he ended up doing on his rack and pinion install, but he made something work.

Borgeson and other steering joint parts manufacturers sell splined shafts and universal joints in various configurations (different splines and lengths) intended to provide the connections between the column and the rack.
Take a peek at some of your choices on their website:

Heidts has the complete kit to connect your 67 column to either a manual or power rack. It sells for $204.

You will need a 4" splined shaft for the end of the column. Then you will need a 3/4-36 spline to 3/4DD joint. Next will be the 3/4 DD shaft. Finally a 3/4DD to whatever your rack spline is, this will connect everything up. If I can help with the parts give me a PM or email me.
