TCI clip alignment

I had purchased a TCI clip for my 67 from someone who had bought it and didn't use it. I have done all sorts of work on most of my cars, however, the one thing that is confusing me here is how to set up the alignment when installing the upper and lower control arms on the new clip. Is there a dimension or a guide that will explain how to do this? or can anyone here help me out. There didn't seem to be any guides explaining what to do. I dont have any equipment to measure. my best tools are a level, tape measure and my eyes and at my age, what looks good, may have me going around in circles.
