Hi...

Just got my Nova Thursday. 1974 4 Door 350 2 barrel Automatic with 52,000 miles. It's an all original grandma car. I know the more doors are not everyone's cup o' tea but I have a family and it works for me and when I am done with it, it will be great. I am from Everett Mass and bought the car from Maine. Rust was my biggest concern like it is for most of us and this car has only had surface rust and was painted by the previous owner (pictures I posted are before it was painted). Underneath is spotless. The previous owner garaged the cur up until 2001. Drove 250 miles to pick her up. Then drove the car 250 miles home in the snow (what a nightmare)! Drove great the whole way, I did between 40 and 70mph. Used a little more than 3/4 of a tank of gas, not sure if this is normal seemed like a lot to me. Anyway wouldn't mind ideas as to what I should do first. Im thinking the usual, headers, exhaust, wheels and tires, new seats, HEI ignition etc etc. Oh and I paid $3500. I think I did good.

So now for the photoshop part of my post. Could someone photoshop some wheels on the car for me? I have Borbet Type A's that I bought for my '88 BMW 535i that are perfect with new tires size 225/50/16. I guess they will fit the Nova so I would like to try and use them but I am not sure if they will look good. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also I would like to network with Nova owners in my are so feel free to IM me.

Thanks in advance!

I doubt the wheels will fit the bolt patterns are probably diffrent, but I dont think that they would look good on the nova either:no: Might want to invest in an edelbrock performer manifold, and 4-barrel carb first:yes:

Actually I thought I saw a previous thread about this. I thought the BMW wheels where only about a mm off, maybe someone else remembers the origianl post. I want to use them because I have them and I will buy others later. Still would love to see what they look like, too much snow on the ground here for me to go out and try them. Thanks, I think the manifold is a good idea plus 4b carb and headers.

Thanks

Come on Photoshop Pro's:rolleyes:

That looks pretty good. I have seen worse. I wonder what it would look like with the centers black? Could you do that for me? For something you did quickly it looks awesome, thanks a bunch!:D
