Front bumper tuck

Thanks to UNCDAD, i got a rear bumper finally. Now i'm trying to figure out how to tuck the front. The back seems pretty straight forward. Unbolt the shocks, bolt it to the car. For the front, what all do i have to do? BTW the car is a 74
