VIN Help!chriss68 6th-January-2009, 03:41 PM My Nova has, what i think, everything a SS Nova would have on it, but I'm not sure if it is a True SS or not. I tried to code the VIN number but I'm not having any luck getting the info. Does anyone know how to tell if the car is a SS by the VIN number? Or do i need to be looking somewhere else on the car for a number? Thanks for the help! You need the build sheet or orginal dealer paperwork. All you can do with out the paperwork is make a good guess if it has all the right pieces.
