402 Big Block

The motor has been rebuilt with Keith Black pistons (+.030 bore) giving it a 9:1 compression ratio. It has been precision balanced, the heads have been redone with a valve job, new hardened seats, and valve guides. They are oval port "802" casting heads which have a closed chamber (105cc's) and flow 255 cfm int and 115 cfm exh. A comp 280h cam was installed with rhoads variable duration lifters, heavy duty pushrods, and crane stamped steel rockers. The springs are matched to the cam. A new oil pan and aluminum timing cover were installed and ARP headbolts were used.

The motor hasn't been fired since rebuild but I have built dozens of motors and there is no reason this one shouldn't run.

I also have an original cast iron Holley 4-barrel intake and a choice of several carbs available.

Worth about $1500 unless it happens to be a block out of a 396/375 hp car then it's worth a little more.
