Looked at a '71 Nova over the weekend. The guy who had it died shortly after he dropped the eng/trans in and the car has sat in a garage for over 2 yrs. Engine: 434 sbc,Dart Pro 1 heads, Super Victor,stud girdles,roller rockers. Trans: PG, transbrake, sfi housing. 9" Ford Rear w Caltracs,Weld wheels.Body: OK paint, glass 4" hood, floorpans have rust holes, interior is crap w butchered wiring.
Negatives: engine has never been run and won't turn with the crank bolt, no frame connectors when the car was raced, lots of "shortcut" work.
His widow wants $3k for the body,$10k w engine.:eek:
