Hey guys:
When I try to steer left or right, the steering wheel vibrate kind of and I can feel that steering wheel goes through every single gears. I think I need a new power steering box I just want to be sure before spend few hundred dollars. If I do, does it worth to be extra 100 bucks for the quick ration one ($265 vs $365 at classic industries unless you know a cheaper place)
Thanks

Check you tires for uneven wear.If you're not sure on what to look for, you should take it to a front end shop and they could diagnose it for you, rather then guessing. This is hard to do online:(

Well, considering that I need to twick the brake a little more, I just switched to 4 disc and rebuild the front end, it would hard to drive it to the shop. Tires are fairly new ans there is no abnormal wear on them beside this happen at 5-10 mph speed. I noticed it when I took the car for test drive for brakes.

I would check and make sure everything is tight, wheel bearings are adjusted properly. P/S fluid is full and all the air is out of the system. P/S belt is tight. And wheels are torqued.
If you do need to get a new box. I wouldn't get it from Classic, I would just get it at Kragen or somewhere like that. With a lifetime warranty.
I run nothing but the quick ratio on all my cars (2 1/2 turns from lock to lock)

Do you have any part number for quick ration box at local part stores (Napa, Kragen, etc). Whatever I see is 3 1/2 turn.

No I haven't bought from them. I had a friend rebuild the steering boxes I have. If you can find a good parts guy at one of them , he should be able to look it up, and I believe the book lists the number of turns so you kinda know what you are ordering.
