Tie rod length

My 65 turns more to 1 side than the other by alot on 1 tie rod the sleeve has a lot of adjusment but the driver side has about 1/2" that all and they are new ones and the old ones look the same,should the left and right side be the same length

The correct thing to do is center the steering wheel, with equal ratio to both sides.
Ten adjust the tie rods till they line up straight.
They should come out about equal.

If center link is not centered,with the wheel centered.
The pitman arm is in wrong location, or steering gear was never assembled correctly.

HUmmmmmmm maybe i have to check that the pitman arm was already installed already so anyway i dont know if im saying this right the passenger side tie rod with the sleeve on has a good bit of adjustment but the one on the driver side about touches each other thread to thread

Just to clarify you want to center your steering box (pitman arm) then center your steering wheel. If my memory serves me right the pitman arm will only go on one way- I believe there are two double-size splines to locate it.
