I'm sure this info is scattered all through the board but it would certainly help me and perhaps others to have a summary of front wheel and tire sizes and which aftermarket front clip your running all in one place. Thanks. -Bob
Perhaps I should mention I just installed a Checkered clip w/2" drop spindles.

Yeah, I guess that would be important, sorry. I have a 66. Backspacing would also be a good data point as well.

I have a 66 with a complete Alston front and rear clip. My tires are 26" x 6 front and 33" x 19.5 rear not sure on the back spacing that will depend on axle length. My car has 200 miles on it and this winter I will be switching over tires and wheels to 18" and 20" along with air ride. If you end up getting a clip and need tires and wheels I have them with only 300 miles on them.

I have a 67 hardtop with a TCI Mustang II front clip, 2" drop spindles, 300lb springs and Hooker Super Comp fender well headers.
For mock up I have a set of M/T Sportsman's that are 26x6.50 and they hit the closest header tube by about a 1/2" or less not allowing the wheels to turn much at all.
I am pretty sure 25 or 24 x 4.5 front runners would work but I am concerned about ride height being to low and appearance with a smaller tire. Also this will be a weekend bracket car so I am also concerned about roll out with a smaller tire.
Is anyone running the same or similar combo that can give me a little guidance?
Thank you :o

I am also looking into this same subject. I have a '67 Nova with a TCI Mustang II clip, 2" drop spindles. I will run stock rear-end. Was wondering what rims fit these cars.
I was hoping to 15x7, but will they fit and what off-set?

As with any of these, you will need to measure YOUR car as they are all a little different, even of the same year. You want to know what fits BEFORE ordering your wheels and tires. I have a Chassisworks clip and run 17 x 7's up front with 4 3/4 BS with plenty of clearance with a 215/45 tire.
