What is the difference between CPP drum and disc brake spindles?

6267SPOE (drum spindles) and 6267SPS (disc spindles)

Will the disc spindles change the offset of the wheels in comparison to the drum spindles? Which spindles are used for the CPP "zero offset" kits?

What rotors and calipers need to be used to get the zero offset (which year/type of car)?
